エンタメ半分で不定期に投稿しているサイファです。
主なエリアは福岡県北九州市、行橋市 、苅田町 、築城町 、吉富町 、豊前市
今回は洗面所、というか脱衣所のリフォームに取り掛かりました！
状況はというと、「汚い・暗い・なぜか電気が点かない」という三拍子そろった空間…（笑）
まずは天井に貼ってあったジプトーン（石膏ボード）を撤去！下の写真は外した直後の様子です。
特に厄介だったのが、砂壁に巾木が回っている箇所のジプトーン。無理に引っ張ると砂壁ごと崩れるリスクがあるため、マルチツールで釘の頭を飛ばしながら、超慎重に外しました。
しかも天井作業は肩がこるし、粉塵もすごいので保護メガネ＋マスクは必須。疲れやすい作業ですが、合間に休憩しつつ進めています。
と、こんな文章を打ちながら休憩してたら、肩のコリがちょっと回復してきました（笑）
来月頭にはマイソク（募集図面）を作って賃貸募集を始めるのが目標です！

Hello everyone, this is Saifa, casually sharing my real estate renovation journey!
Today, I started working on the washroom (or dressing room), which was in a pretty bad shape — dirty, dark, and for some reason, the light didn’t even turn on.
I successfully removed the gypsum board ceiling (called “Jiputon” in Japanese). Removing it was quite a challenge, especially where the board met the sandy walls with wooden trim. I had to carefully cut off the nail heads using a multi-tool to avoid damaging the walls.
Ceiling work is tiring — it strains your shoulders and creates a lot of dust, so goggles and a mask are a must. I’m writing this while taking a break… and surprisingly, my shoulders are starting to feel better!
The goal is to finish everything and list the property for rent by early next month. Hope this post helps anyone doing DIY renovations or investing in old houses.
