こんにちは、サイファ（Side FIRE）です。
福岡県在住、1985年生まれ。既婚で子どもが2人います。
高卒後に自動車関連企業に就職し、約20年間勤務。
会社員時代にNISA口座を開設し、余剰資金をひたすら株式投資へ。
その後、「タローのほんせどり」コンサルティングを在職中に受講し、ノウハウを妻と共有。
副業禁止のため実践は妻が行い、2023年には資産5,000万円を達成し、退職を決意しました。
退職後は、FP2級・宅建士を取得し、DIYスキルを活かして不動産投資をスタート。
現在は、社会保険料対策で設立したマイクロ法人＋個人事業主の二刀流で活動しています。

- 妻と協力しながら、仕入れ～販売・在庫管理を効率化しつつ継続運営中

- NISA口座を活用し「オルカン（全世界）」と「S&P500」に全力投資
- 生活費は物販＋株式からまかない、余剰資金は不動産へ再投資
🏠 ③ 不動産投資（マイクロ法人）
- 福岡県（北九州～南部）を中心に、築古戸建をDIY再生 → 賃貸
- 現在5棟保有（4棟賃貸中・1棟リフォーム中）
- 表面利回り15%以上を目標に、高コスパ運用中
- コンサルティングも受けていますが、自分の考え方で調整しながら実践

Hi, I’m Saifa, a former automotive industry worker living in Fukuoka, Japan.
Born in 1985, I’m married with two children.
After graduating high school, I worked for about 20 years in a car-related company.
During that time, I started investing surplus salary into stocks via a NISA account.
Later, I completed the “Taro’s Book Reselling” consulting and shared the know-how with my wife.
Since side gigs were prohibited at my job, my wife handled operations until I FIRE’d with 50M JPY in 2023.
Post-retirement, I earned FP2 and real estate (宅建) licenses and dove into real estate investing using DIY skills.
Now I manage both a micro-corporation (for social insurance strategy) and a sole proprietorship (for e-commerce).
