今回は床の仕上げ作業のご報告です。とりあえずクッションフロアをしっかり張り、コーナーカバーも取り付けました^_^
45度カットにも慣れてきて、DIYの楽しさが止まりません。結果、物件にトータル5泊泊まり込み、朝6時から夜19時まで作業するという、まるで「1人ブラック企業の社長」状態に（笑）。※エンタメのため非推奨です。
夜は近くの温泉でのんびり癒やされながら、次の日も床作業に集中。
あとはお風呂のシャワー水栓を交換し、清掃が終われば来月から客付スタート予定です。

今回の物件は築50年。天井、壁、床の大部分をDIYしました🌟
来月には客付スタート予定ですが、その前に少し暇ができそうなので、買うかは未定ながら次の物件の内見も入れてみました（笑）。

English Summary
This is an update on the 4th rental property renovation. I finished laying cushion flooring and installing corner covers, even getting comfortable with 45-degree cuts. I stayed on-site for a total of five nights, working from 6 AM to 7 PM (purely for fun, not recommended).
After replacing the shower faucet and cleaning up, the property will be ready for tenant recruitment next month. I also shared a link to the cushion flooring I used and posted pre-cleaning photos of the renovated rooms. Next up might be viewing another potential property—still undecided.
