エンタメ半分で不定期に投稿しているサイファです。
以前投稿していた「ほぼ全室の床がフカフカ物件」の修繕をDIYで進めております。
現状、根太（ねだ）はしっかりしていたため、そのまま活かす判断をしました。
全ての洋室（4部屋分）に対して、合計29枚の構造用合板（約5万円分）を購入し、カット＆仮置きまで完了。
偶然ですが、この作業によって物件全体がほぼフルフラットのバリアフリー仕様になりました^_^
仕上げには、築古DIYの定番であるクッションフロアを使う予定です🌟
また進展があれば、続報を投稿しますね^_^
【English Summary】
Hi everyone, this is Saifa reporting on my 4th property investment (#9 update).
I’m currently DIY-renovating a house where most of the floors were soft and sagging. Luckily, the floor joists were still solid, so I decided to reuse them.
I purchased 29 plywood sheets (approx. ¥50,000) to reinforce all 4 Western-style rooms. After cutting, I’ve completed the temporary placement.
This work also unintentionally resulted in a mostly flat, barrier-free floor throughout the house.
For the final touch, I’ll be using classic cushion flooring—ideal for old property renovations.
