不動産投資4棟目 #7 リフォーム開始｜迷ったら壊す！
皆様こんにちは。
エンタメ半分、不定期に投稿しているサイファです。
今回は、4棟目戸建のリフォームを開始しましたので、その様子をお届けします。
■ 結論：迷ったら壊す
まず取りかかったのは、倉庫と車庫の部分。
「棚を修理するか？それとも壊すか？」という判断で悩むところですが…
答えはシンプル。
家賃が上がらない部分であれば、下手に修理するよりも潔く壊す！
というのも、雑な修理をすると、入居後に逆に修繕トラブルになる可能性も。
中途半端な改修はコストも時間も無駄にしてしまうので、破壊してスッキリしましょ♪
破壊！ バールとハンマーで突撃。
まるで泥棒のような絵面になってます（笑）、
■ ストレス発散にも効果あり⁉︎
バールとハンマーを持ってバキバキ壊す作業は、意外なストレス解消になります。
