エンタメ半分で不定期に投稿しているサイファです。
先日に引き続き、4棟目物件の壁紙貼りに挑戦中です！
今日は壁面を中心に、約4時間半作業してこれくらい進みました👇
特に苦戦したのはエアコンの裏側…！
配線や金具がある部分はやっぱり難しいですね〜😅
細かい部分はミスもありましたが、そこはコーキングでしっかりカバー予定💦
完璧を目指しすぎず、楽しみながらやってます。
年末までには客付けを始められるよう、引き続きDIY進めていきます！

Continuing from yesterday, I worked on wallpapering the fourth investment property today—mainly the wall surfaces. I spent about 4.5 hours and made some decent progress. The area behind the air conditioner was especially tricky due to wires and brackets. Some parts didn’t go perfectly, but I’ll cover the mistakes with caulking. My goal is to start renting by the end of the year. I’m enjoying the process!
