🏡 5棟目DIYの片付けついでに
本日、5棟目の物件から自宅へ持ち帰った工具をガレージに収納しようとしたんですが、
「ん〜、単に片付けるのも勿体ないなぁ」と思いまして…
🔧 丸鋸の引き割り工具を自作！
そこで、丸鋸付属の治具に端材をビスで固定して、簡易の“引き割り治具”を作ってみました。
- 丸鋸付属の治具に端材をビス止め
- 少し曲がっていたので、手で90度になる様に調整（ちょっと無茶しました 笑）
- 目標は薄いスペーサーの量産化（約2mm）
⚙️ これで薄いスペーサーも量産可能に！
この治具のおかげで、2mm程度の薄いスペーサーも量産できるようになりました。
DIYはちょっとした工夫で作業効率も精度もグッと上がりますね。
実は👇大変でした💦これで次回から早く、楽に、正確になります！

Improving While Cleaning Up Tools! A New Jig Ready for the 6th Property

An Idea While Cleaning Up the 5th Property
Today I was organizing the tools I brought back from my 5th property into my home garage and thought, “Hmm… it’d be a waste to just put these away.”
Made My Own Circular Saw Rip Guide!
I decided to make a simple rip guide for my circular saw by screwing a scrap piece of wood onto the existing jig.
- Screwed a scrap board to the circular saw’s existing jig.
- It was a little bent, so I adjusted it by hand to make it a 90-degree guide (lol).
- The goal: mass-produce thin spacers (about 2mm thick).
Now I Can Mass-Produce Thin Spacers!
Thanks to this jig, I can now easily produce thin spacers (~2mm). Small tweaks in DIY can significantly improve both efficiency and accuracy.
