2階和室の洋室化、進行中！
前回に引き続き、2階の和室を洋室にする工事を進めています。ほぼ床が完成したので、次の和室に移動して作業中です(^^)
DIYで一部屋ずつ形になっていくと、だんだん物件全体の完成図が見えてきますね。
番外編① 親孝行？
全く不動産投資とは関係ないのですが…母親から「実家の和室の扉にクロスを貼ってほしい」と頼まれまして、貼り替えをしてきました(^^)
家のことを頼まれると、DIYスキルが意外と役立ちますね。
番外編② 今朝の釣果
今朝は大潮だったので釣りに行き、 シリイカ🦑を3杯 ゲットしました！身が硬めなので、今日はバター焼きにしようかなと考えてます（笑）

Second-floor Japanese-style room → Western-style room: Work in progress
Continuing from the last update, I’m converting a second-floor Japanese-style room into a Western-style room. The flooring is almost finished, so I’ve moved on to the next Japanese-style room to continue the work. (^^)
Watching each room gradually take shape through DIY makes the overall picture of the property clearer and more rewarding.
Side story ① — A bit of filial piety?
Not related to real estate at all, but my mother asked me to replace the wallpaper on the door of the Japanese-style room at my parents’ house, so I did the re-covering. (^^)
My DIY skills come in handy when family asks for help with house stuff.
Side story ② — This morning’s catch
This morning, it was a spring tide so I went fishing and caught three squid (shiri-ika) 🦑! Their meat is a bit firm, so I’m thinking of pan-frying them in butter — haha.
I’ll post another update when there’s more progress!
