不動産投資5棟目 #22　リフォーム続報 電気工事ほか※2025年6月

皆様こんにちは。エンタメ半分で不定期に投稿しているサイファです。
Hello everyone, this is Saifa, posting irregularly with a mix of entertainment.

主なエリアは 福岡県北九州市、行橋市、苅田町、築城町、吉富町、豊前市 です。
My main investment areas are Kitakyushu, Yukuhashi, Kanda, Tsuyuki, Yoshitomi, and Buzen in Fukuoka Prefecture.

今回の作業内容 / This Time’s Work

• 手持ちの白い壁紙を使い切ったので追加注文待ち。
  Used up the stock of white wallpaper, waiting for additional order.
• その間に窓掃除を実施。
  Cleaned the windows in the meantime.
• 一部ジョイントコークで隙間を補修。
  Filled gaps with joint caulking.
• 引戸の美装（ビフォー・アフター写真あり）。
  Beautified sliding doors (before & after photos).
• コンセントを2口から3口へ変更（電気工事士資格保有）。
  Upgraded outlets from 2-plug to 3-plug (licensed electrician).
• 照明器具を設置。
  Installed lighting fixtures.

今後の予定 / Next Steps

まずは2階のDIYを完了させてから、1階の作業をどこまで進めるか考える予定です。
I plan to finish the DIY work on the second floor first, then decide how far to proceed with the first floor.

感想 / Thoughts

一番最初の和室からここまで仕上げてくると、グッと雰囲気が変わって綺麗になっていきます。
Seeing the transformation from the very first Japanese-style room to this point, the house feels much cleaner.

正直、ずっとクロス貼りをしていたいくらい楽しいです（笑）
Honestly, I almost want to keep putting up wallpaper forever (lol).
