- 階段上の天井と壁
竿縁天井＆砂壁 → ベニヤ＆石膏ボードへ変更。
このあとクロスを貼る予定です。 - 和室の床まわり
畳をはがして床のレベル出し。
廻り縁を新設。
出入口と床面がツライチになるようにスペーサーを調整しながら施工。
DIYのこだわりポイント
利益優先ならスピード重視でここまでやらなくてもいいのですが…
つい道具を使いたくなって、手間をかけちゃいます（笑）。
国交省の基準では「傾きは1mにつき6mm以内」が目安。
今回の物件はレーザーで測ると、2.83mで約13mmの下がり。
→ 基準内なので オッケー👌

完成したときの達成感がたまらないので、

Hello everyone, this is Saifa.
I invest in real estate mainly in Kitakyushu, Yukuhashi, Kanda, Tsuyoshi, Yoshitomi, and Buzen in Fukuoka Prefecture.
This time, I worked on the ceiling and wall above the stairs, replacing the traditional style with veneer and boards, preparing for wallpaper later. I also removed tatami mats, leveled the floor, and installed baseboards, carefully adjusting with spacers to align the floor with the doorway.
According to the Ministry of Land’s guideline, a tilt within 6mm per meter is acceptable. My measurement showed about 13mm over 2.83m — which is within the standard, so no problem.
I know prioritizing speed would be more profitable, but I love using tools and putting in extra effort. The sense of accomplishment when it’s finished is priceless, so I’m happily moving forward step by step.
