本日、以下の物件を 決済 しました。
👉 不動産投資5棟目#2 融資結果※2025年3月

今回は残置物が撤去された後、初めて中を内見。これまでの4棟と比べても「まあ、まあまともそうだな〜」という印象でした🌟

来週は軽く清掃をして、その後コツコツとリフォームを進めていきます(^^

内見の様子を独り言をぶつぶつ呟きながら動画に撮りました。5分ほどと少し長めですが、どなたかの参考になれば幸いです。

なお、私の主な投資エリアは 福岡県北九州市・行橋市・苅田町・築城町・吉富町・豊前市 です。

Real Estate Investment #5 – Property Closed!

Hello everyone, this is Saifa.
I post irregular updates, partly for fun and partly for sharing my real estate journey.

Today, I closed on my 5th investment property 🎉

It was my first time visiting the property after the leftover items had been removed. Compared to my previous four properties, this one seemed in better shape overall 🌟

Next week, I’ll do a light cleaning and gradually start the renovations myself. 🚧
