今回はほぼリフォーム完了後の動画を撮影してみました！🎥
予定より早く防蟻処理が終わったため、急きょ現地で動画を撮影。

🔧今回の主なDIY・リフォーム内容
- スイッチ・コンセントをすべて新品交換
- 天井・床・壁・扉などもコツコツ手を加えてリフレッシュ
- 畳は明日から業者による表替え予定（現時点ではちょっと汚いです😂）

Amateur DIYer’s “Before & After”? Almost Complete!
Hello, this is Saifa 😊
Here’s another half-entertainment, half-practical update on my 5th real estate investment project.
This time, I filmed a short video showing the property almost completely renovated! 🎥
Since the termite treatment was finished earlier than expected,
I took the chance to record an on-site video on the spot.

🔧 Main DIY & Renovation Work
- All switches and outlets replaced with new ones
- Ceilings, floors, walls, and doors refreshed with careful DIY touches
- The tatami mats will be recovered by a contractor tomorrow (still a bit messy right now 😂)

I plan to add some explanations to this video and attach
a self-made PowerPoint “property flyer” (MySoku) for upcoming visits to real estate agencies 💪
The flyer is almost finished, so preparations are moving along smoothly.
