前回の続き、外回りDIYシリーズ第3回。今回はこれまで全物件に導入している、パナソニック製ワイヤレス録画機能付きモニターホンの取り付けレポートです。

いきなりですがこれがビフォーアフターの写真です★
取付けのポイント
- ネットで約16,000円で購入。
- モニター本体に単3電池6本をセットして使用（配線不要）。
- 本体は両面テープ＋コーキングで固定。施工が簡単で短時間で完了します。
- 旧チャイムを取り外してその上に付けようとしましたが、モニターの位置関係で見た目が少し不格好になりました（笑）。
メリット・デメリット
メリット
- 配線不要で賃貸にも導入しやすい。
- 見た目がスッキリし、施工時間が短い。
- 電池交換はネジ1本で簡単にできる設計のため、維持管理が楽。
ポイント：重要事項説明（契約時）に「電池交換は借主にて行う」と明記しておくと、後のトラブルを避けられます。
デメリット
・少々値段が高い
・電池交換が必要である

Overview
This is the third exterior DIY in the series. I installed the Panasonic wireless video-capable monitor intercom that I use across all properties.
Installation Highlights
- Purchased online for about ¥16,000.
- The monitor runs on six AA (size: AA/”単3″) batteries installed in the unit — no wiring required.
- The unit is fixed in place using double-sided tape + caulking, making installation quick and easy.
- I tried removing the old chime and mounting the unit on top of it, but the monitor’s position made the final look a bit awkward (lol).
Benefits (Added)
- Wiring-free — easy to install even in rental properties.
- Clean appearance and short installation time.
- Battery replacement is simple — it can be done with one screw, making maintenance easy.
Contract point: Make sure the important information (disclosure) at contract signing explicitly states that “battery replacement is the tenant’s responsibility” to avoid future disputes.
