主なエリアは 福岡県北九州市、行橋市、苅田町、築城町、吉富町、豊前市 です。
今日は側溝（U字ブロック）の蓋についての投稿で、僕にとっては初のDIY内容です✌️
このアミアミの蓋のことを グレーチング といいまして、歩道用、普通車用（2tまで）、トラック用などがあります。
巾や長さも色々ありますが、1メートルでおおよそ 5,000〜7,000円 くらいします。
た、高い💦
値段は、同じ大きさの単なる歩くだけのブロック蓋の 約5倍 くらい…。
ん〜ブロックの蓋を選びたくなる〜（笑）
でも、安くて薄いブロックは車が頻繁に通ると 割れちゃうらしいです（同級生の外構屋に確認済み）。
割れると借主様の車がパンクしたりしてクレームの元になるので、ここは惜しみなく投資！
ということで、採寸して溝に合うものをチョイス。
ただ1つあたりが高いので、すぐには買わずに コーナンプロ、ナフコ、グッデー、ハンズマン などに電話して比較。
結果、最安だった ハンズマン で、全部で4万位でした！
カーブの部分についても店員さんに聞きながらバッチリ買えました(^^
外構工事と合わせて 約39万円 かかりましたが、
0→3台の駐車場確保で 客付戦闘力アップ＆出口戦略アップ になるのでワクワクしてます(^^

Hello everyone,
This is Cypher, posting irregularly with a mix of entertainment and updates.
My main investment areas are Kitakyushu City, Yukuhashi City, Kanda Town, Tsuyuki Town, Yoshitomi Town, and Buzen City in Fukuoka Prefecture.
Today’s post is about the lids for the roadside drainage (U-shaped blocks) — my very first DIY project of this kind! ✌️
These mesh-like lids are called gratings, and they come in several types: for pedestrians, regular cars (up to 2 tons), and trucks.
They also vary in width and length, but typically cost around ¥5,000–¥7,000 per meter.
So expensive! 😅
The price is roughly five times higher than simple block covers meant for walking.
It’s tempting to go for the cheaper option, haha.
But I confirmed with my old classmate (who runs an exterior construction business) that thin, inexpensive block covers can crack easily if cars drive over them often.
If they break, it could lead to tenant car punctures or complaints, so I decided to invest properly here.
I measured the ditch carefully and selected the right size.
Since each piece is pricey, I didn’t buy right away — instead, I called around Konan Pro, Nafco, Gooday, and Handsman, and ended up buying from Handsman, which had the lowest price.
The staff even helped me choose the right ones for the curved sections, so I got everything perfectly. 😊
Including other exterior work, the total cost came to about ¥390,000,
but since I’m expanding parking from 0 to 3 spaces, it’s a big win for tenant appeal and resale value — I’m really excited about that! 🚗✨
I’ll share more updates when things progress further.
The total for the grating part alone was roughly ¥40,000.
