僕は正直、健康とか栄養の知識はまったくありません。でも「ファスティング（断食）なら自分にもできそう」と思って、朝ごはんを抜く挑戦をしていました。
…結果、めっちゃお腹すく（笑）
食べるのが好きな自分には、なかなかハードル高めでした。
僕みたいに「食べたいけど痩せたい」「とりあえず健康意識だけは高めたい」タイプには、
ちょうどいい一冊かもしれません（笑）
という事で、いつも通り出荷前の”書き込みチェック＆中身さらっとを勉強”👉クリーニング後に出荷しています

上側のグラフ：緑線 ランキングの推移
👉 グラフが下がる(良い)＝売れたタイミング。つまり売れ筋を示しています。
下側のグラフ：黒線 出品者数の推移
👉 グラフが下がる(良い)＝ライバルが減り、売れやすくなります。
赤線を見ると、1,000円以上で安定的に売れていたが、価格が暴落したことがわかります。
青枠を見ると 出品者は上下して売れているが慢性的に40人近くいてライバルとの価格競争に巻き込まれた可能性が高いことがわかります。
運もありますが、仕入れをミスしたという事です。

Do you think “book reselling = selling cheap ¥100 books for small profits”?
Actually, there are times when I learn a lot from a book… but my wallet gets thinner 😅
This time, I’ll share my experience with The Diet Certification Level 1 Textbook.
I misread the Keepa chart, misunderstood the demand trend, and ended up buying at ¥220 → selling at ¥339 (including shipping and fees).
Net profit: –¥262! 💸
A true “laugh-and-cry” case!
Still, whoever bought this book was super lucky.
If demand returns, it might even turn into a “Cypher special buy” again someday 😂
In reselling, not every book has to be a winner.
Don’t be afraid of these little “misses.”
Keep stacking steady profits across your whole inventory—

To be honest, I know almost nothing about nutrition or health.
But I thought fasting sounded doable—just skip breakfast, right?
Reality check: I got super hungry 😂
Apparently, I’m the “I love to eat” type.
If you’re like me—someone who wants to eat but also stay healthy—
this book might be perfect for you.
I always do a light “writing check + quick read for learning” before shipping,
then clean it up and send it off ✨

Top graph: Green line = sales rank trend
👉 When it drops = it sold = good sign.
Bottom graph: Black line = number of sellers
👉 When it drops = fewer competitors = good sign.
Looking at the red section, prices were stable above ¥1,000,
but then crashed.
The blue section shows around 40 sellers competing—
a price war situation.
So yes, partly bad luck, but also my buying mistake.
