不動産投資5棟目(戸建5軒目) #37　ゴミ捨て

皆様こんにちは

エンタメ半分で不定期に投稿しているサイファです。
主なエリアは福岡県北九州市、行橋市、苅田町、築城町、吉富町、豊前市です。

さて、リフォームも終盤。
リフォームで発生したゴミ捨てに行ってまいりました(^^)

子供（小学生）が夏休みなので、
“夏休みの思い出！ゴミ捨て体験”という名のお手伝いをしてもらいました　笑

合計処理代：5,640円　総重量：190キロ

【燃えるごみ】

北九州市の焼却炉へ。
ゴミ袋数十袋、約80kg分を投げ込み。
→ 処理代：800円

【燃えないゴミ】

石膏ボード、陶器（小便器、手洗い水栓、割れたガラス）など。
北九州市役所に電話して、たらい回しに…その後、産業廃棄物業者一覧ページを紹介してもらいました。

が、しかし、どの業者も手続きが色々と面倒そう。
なので、4棟目でお世話になった格安の石膏ボード処理業者、平山産業へ持ち込みました(^^（過去に投稿した業者です）

• 石膏ボード：80キロ
• 陶器・ガラス：30キロ
• 計：110キロ → 処理代：4,840円

あとは、細々した燃えるごみは持ち帰って普通にゴミ袋で捨てる予定です。

残りは金属❗️
こちらは鉄屑として回収業者に持ち込み、お金をゲットできます💰

Hello everyone,

I’m Saifa — posting here irregularly, half for entertainment.
My main areas are Kitakyushu City, Yukuhashi City, Kanda Town, Tsukushino Town, Yoshitomi Town, and Buzen City in Fukuoka Prefecture.

The renovation is now in its final stage, and I went to dispose of the trash generated by the remodel. (^^)

Since my child (elementary school) is on summer vacation, I had them help with what I jokingly called a “Summer vacation memory: trash disposal experience.” lol

Total disposal fee: ¥5,640 — Total weight: 190 kg

Burnable trash

Brought to Kitakyushu City’s incineration facility.
Dozens of garbage bags — about 80 kg were thrown in.
→ Disposal fee: ¥800

Non-burnable trash

Gypsum board, ceramics (toilet bowl, faucet, broken glass), etc.
I called Kitakyushu City Hall and got passed around… They eventually pointed me to a list of industrial waste contractors.

However, every contractor seemed to require complicated procedures.

So I took the waste to Hirayama Sangyo, the low-cost gypsum-board disposer who helped me with my 4th property (I’ve posted about them before). (^^)

• Gypsum board: 80 kg
• Ceramics / glass: 30 kg
• Total: 110 kg → Disposal fee: ¥4,840

For the rest, I’ll take back the small burnable trash and dispose of it with normal garbage bags.

What’s left is metal!
I’ll take it to a scrap dealer and get some cash for it. 💰
I’ll post again when I sell the scrap metal. lol
