今回はリフォーム続報です。
前回に引き続き、セリアのリメイクシート（ダークブラウン）を使ってキッチン上の戸棚をレールから外し、美装しました(^^)
さらに、キッチン扉も統一感を出すために同じシートを貼り進めましたが、途中で材料が足りなくなったので本日はここまで☑️
100均のシートは薄くて貼るのが難しいですが、失敗しても100均なので気楽に挑戦できるのがメリットですね（笑）
また、横ストライプの壁については、マジックリンで掃除しても上部のカビが落ちなかったため、思い切ってオイルステインで全体を塗装しました。

5th Real Estate Investment #31 – Renovation Update: 100-yen Remake Sheet
Hello everyone,
This is Saifa, posting irregular updates with a bit of entertainment.
My main investment areas are Kitakyushu City, Yukuhashi City, Kanda Town, Tsuyuki Town, Yoshi-tomi Town, and Buzen City in Fukuoka Prefecture.
Here’s the latest renovation update.
I used a dark brown remake sheet from Seria (a 100-yen shop) to remove and refurbish the upper kitchen cabinet.
I also started applying the same sheet to the kitchen doors to create a unified look, but ran out of material halfway, so I had to stop for today ☑️
The sheets from 100-yen shops are thin and a bit tricky to apply, but since they’re inexpensive, it’s not a big deal even if you make mistakes (haha).
As for the striped wall, I tried cleaning it with a detergent spray, but the mold at the top didn’t come off. So, I decided to coat the entire wall with oil stain.
