不動産投資5棟目 #23 リフォーム続報 ドアノブ交換他
皆様こんにちは。エンタメ半分で不定期に投稿しているサイファです。
Hello everyone, this is Cypher, posting irregular updates with a bit of entertainment mixed in.
主なエリアは福岡県北九州市、行橋市、苅田町、築城町、吉富町、豊前市です。
My main investment areas are Kitakyushu, Yukuhashi, Kanda, Tsuyuki, Yoshitomi, and Buzen in Fukuoka Prefecture.
ドアノブ交換の奮闘
2階のもう一部屋のドアも汚れていたので、こちらも綺麗にすることにしました。結果、見違えるほど綺麗になりました(^^)
Another room on the second floor had a dirty door, so I decided to refresh it. The result was a beautifully clean door.
しかし、交換過程は苦戦の連続。ネジが舐めて外れず、最終的にマキタのグラインダーを購入し、力技で外しました（笑）
The replacement process was a struggle. One screw was stripped and wouldn’t come off, so I ended up buying a Makita grinder to cut it off (lol).
バックセットの誤り
クロス貼りの後にドアノブを取り付けましたが、説明書を誤解し、本来は50mmのバックセットを60mmで加工してしまいました（T ^ T）
After applying the wallpaper, I installed the doorknob, but I misunderstood the manual and drilled for a 60mm backset instead of the correct 50mm (T ^ T).
色々考えましたが、買い直した方が早いと判断し、60mmのドアノブを購入。無事に取り付け完了しました。
After some thought, I decided it was quicker to buy the correct doorknob for 60mm and successfully installed it.
なお、50mmのドアノブは今後どこかで使います！
I’ll keep the 50mm doorknob for another project in the future!
襖の再利用
この部屋の襖は状態が良かったので、そのまま再利用できました✌️
The sliding doors (fusuma) in this room were in surprisingly good condition, so I reused them as they were ✌️.
作業中のBGM
今日はMr.Childrenの「彩り」を聴きながら作業。ドアノブのミスもありましたが、歌詞に励まされてやる気がアップしました。
Today, I worked while listening to “Irodori” by Mr.Children. Even though I made mistakes, the lyrics kept my motivation high.
