ホームセンターでの材料調達
最初は自分で配管の材料を探していましたが、種類が多すぎて効率が悪い…。
そこで水道管担当のスタッフさんを呼び、30分ほど相談しながら必要な材料と工具を揃えました。
結果、合計で約17,000円。
今後は水栓の追加購入が必要ですが、最終的には23,000円＋労働力で仕上がりそうです。
塗装作業の進捗
その後、物件に向かい本日は2階の塗装作業。
柱にシーラーを塗布し、その上からノボクリーンの白を重ね塗り。
時間を空けて合計3回塗りを行いました。
よく見ると少しヤニが浮いていますが、許容範囲ということでOK👌
今後の作業予定
次回は「洗濯機置き場の続きを進める」か「2階洋室化の完成を目指す」か、その日の気分で決めます。
納期に追われず、趣味としてノンストレスで楽しみながら進めていきます🎵

This is Cypher, posting irregular updates with a touch of entertainment.
My main investment areas are Kitakyushu, Yukuhashi, Kanda, Tsuyunaga, Yoshitomi, and Buzen in Fukuoka Prefecture.
Purchasing Plumbing Materials
At the home center, I initially tried to find the plumbing materials myself, but there were just too many options—it wasn’t efficient. So I asked the staff in charge of plumbing, and after about 30 minutes of discussion, I got all the necessary materials and tools. The total came to about 17,000 yen. Later, I’ll need to buy an additional faucet, but overall, it should be completed for around 23,000 yen plus labor.
Painting Progress
After that, I headed to the property and worked on the second-floor painting. I applied a sealer to the pillars, then coated them with Noboclean white. I applied three coats in total with drying time in between. If you look closely, some stains are still visible, but I’d say it’s good enough👌
Next Steps
For the next work session, I’ll either continue creating the washing machine space or aim to complete the second-floor Western-style room. I’ll decide based on my mood at the time. Since this is a hobby project, there’s no pressure or deadlines—it’s stress-free and enjoyable🎵
