実は、自分の実体験をベースに興味がある本が、仕入れ次第で意外と高値で販売されることがあります。
今回は僕が田舎で実践した副業せどりの体験談として、『あえて選んだせまい家 (正しく暮らすシリーズ)』を例に紹介します。

僕は学生自体から車やバイクが好きで”ガレージハウスを建てたい”という夢があり、2017年頃にそれを達成しました。田舎住まいだからできるこその夢でした☆彡
また不動産投資を実践している身としてこの本は昨今の物価高に対するニーズをとらえたものや節約志向からくるものかと思い、興味を持ったので調べてみました。

💹 Keepa波形の見方（画像参照）
上側のグラフ：緑線 ランキングの推移
👉 グラフが下がる(良い)＝売れたタイミング。つまり売れ筋を示しています。
下側のグラフ：黒線 出品者数の推移
👉 グラフが下がる(良い)＝ライバルが減り、売れやすくなります。
⭐は僕が仕入れたタイミング
赤線を見ると、直近では1,200円以上で売れていることがわかります。
青枠を見ると 出品者が上下していて売れている可能性が高いことがわかります。
つまり、それだけ需要が高いということです。仕入れたタイミングは出品者が約15名で一気に減ったタイミングでよくみると茶色で示されているAmazon自体が売っている新品本が売り切れた事がわかります。これは僕が本せどりを専門で扱うタローさんの価格改定や販売戦略ノウハウをもとに仕入れた事例です。

一括買取を上手く活用しよう！
例えば100冊仕入れたら、数冊は必ず赤字商品がでてききます。
値下げを繰り返すと、結局”手数料や送料の方が高くなって捨てた方がマシ！”という事が発生します
そんな時は一括買取を依頼して、ブックオフに引き取ってもらい捨てる手間を省いて管理スパンを小さくします。
僕も活用してますが、意外とネットよりも高く売れる商品もあります☆

Actually, based on my own real experiences, books that interest you can sometimes sell for surprisingly high prices depending on how you source them.
Today, as part of my real-life side-hustle reselling stories from the countryside, I’ll introduce one example using the book “Aete Eranda Semai Ie (Living Properly Series)”.

I’ve loved cars and motorcycles since I was a student, and I always dreamed of building a garage house—which I finally achieved around 2017. That dream came true precisely because I live in the countryside.
As someone who also invests in real estate, I found this book interesting because the theme aligns with modern needs such as rising living costs and minimal/efficient living. So I decided to research it.

💹 How to Read Keepa Charts (see images)
Upper chart: Green line = sales rank
👉 A drop in the line = a sale occurred → indicates strong demand.
Lower chart: Black line = number of sellers
👉 A decrease = fewer competitors → more likely to sell.
⭐ = the timing when I sourced the book
From the red-marked section, you can see it recently sold for over ¥1,200.
In the blue-marked section, the fluctuating number of sellers suggests frequent sales.
At the moment I sourced the book, the number of sellers dropped sharply from around 15, and you can also see that Amazon’s own stock (shown in brown) sold out.
This sourcing decision was made based on the pricing and sales strategies taught by Taro, a professional book reseller.
