エンタメ半分で不定期に投稿しているサイファです。
主なエリアは福岡県北九州市、行橋市 、苅田町 、築城町 、吉富町 、豊前市です。
タイトル通りなのですが、この物件の洗濯機置き場が何故かキッチンの真裏なので、洗面所の壁をぶち抜いて階段下を使えるように拡張し、洗濯機も置けるようにしようと考えました(^^)
さて、まずは下調べ。
畳を剥ぐって、床下へ。
配管のレイアウト的にはいけそうな気がする〜🎵
ただ、既存の管を分岐させるのは初めての作業なので、ミスったら水道屋に課金します 笑
とりあえず、ワクワクしながら床下配管の知識をYouTubeで勉強中です⭐️
部屋を広げてからなので当分先だな。

My main investment areas are Kitakyushu City, Yukuhashi City, Kanda Town, Tsuyuki Town, Yoshitomi Town, and Buzen City in Fukuoka Prefecture.
As the title says, the washing machine space in this property is oddly located right behind the kitchen. So, I’m planning to knock down the wall of the washroom, extend it to use the space under the stairs, and make room for the washing machine there. 😊
First, some research.
I lifted the tatami and went under the floor.
Looking at the pipe layout, it seems doable 🎵
But since it’s my first time branching off from existing pipes, if I mess up, I’ll have to “pay extra” to a plumber lol.
For now, I’m excitedly studying piping work under the floor on YouTube ⭐️
It’ll still be a while since I’ll expand the room first.
