不動産投資５棟目 #6｜工具運び込みと家族との時間^_^

エンタメ半分で不定期に投稿しているサイファです。
主な活動エリアは 福岡県北九州市・行橋市・苅田町・築城町・吉富町・豊前市 です。
本日の作業
今日は５棟目戸建に大物工具を運び込み、予定通り 2階の和室の美装からスタート しました。
- 竿縁天井にベニヤを貼るため、事前に天井裏の釣り木を確認 → 45.5ピッチでOK👌
- ただし屋根裏に穴を発見…防水シートが切れていました → 幸い雨漏りはないので、こちらは しばらく様子見
- ベニヤの下地の進捗は、今日は 角材を1列だけ 入れました⭐️
今日のスケジュール
今週は夕方から妻が予定のため、DIYは基本 半日作業。
午後の流れはこんな感じ👇
- 子供の外遊びに付き合う
- バイク整備（ヘッドランプ球切れ修理）
- 晩御飯作り
- 子供とお風呂
- 子供とドラゴンボール鑑賞
- 子供は夜9時ごろ就寝
- 妻帰宅 → 雑談 → 就寝
感想
リフォームの進みはのんびりですが、家族との時間を楽しみながらコツコツ進めています😊

This is Saifa, posting irregularly with a mix of real estate and a bit of entertainment.
My main investment areas are Kitakyushu City, Yukuhashi City, Kanda Town, Tsuyuki Town, Yoshitomi Town, and Buzen City in Fukuoka Prefecture.
Today’s Work
I brought in some large tools to the 5th house and started with cleaning up the 2nd floor Japanese-style room, as planned.
- Checked the ceiling joists before attaching veneer boards → 45.5 pitch confirmed👌
- Found a hole in the attic… the waterproof sheet was torn → Luckily, no water leakage for now, so I’ll keep monitoring
- For veneer underlayment progress, I added just one row of wooden studs today⭐️
Today’s Schedule
Since my wife had plans in the evening, DIY work was basically half a day.
Afternoon routine:
- Played outside with the kids
- Motorcycle maintenance (fixed a burnt-out headlamp bulb)
- Cooked dinner
- Took a bath with the kids
- Watched Dragon Ball together
- Kids went to bed around 9 p.m.
- Wife came home → chatted → bedtime
Thoughts
The renovation is progressing slowly, but I’m enjoying it while spending quality family time😊
