エンタメ半分で不定期に投稿しているサイファです。
今回は、人生初の壁紙貼りに挑戦しました！（※ペンキ塗装とガン塗装の経験はあり）
■ 結論：天井壁紙は🔰には難しかった！
前回の投稿でもお伝えしましたが、
「天井と壁が汚いなぁ💦 壁紙貼りやってみたい〜
昭和の天井…さよなら天さん！
ベニヤ貼って白い天井‼️
白は正義」
という心の声に従って、ついに実践しました。
■ 初挑戦の様子
YouTubeで事前にたくさん勉強して挑んだ初日。
同じく未経験の大家仲間が手伝ってくれましたが、
脚立でイナバウアー体勢になりながらの天井作業！
2.7メートルの長さの壁紙は、貼っても貼っても重みに負けて剥がれてくる💦
結果…初日は失敗でした。
■ 2日目：1人で再チャレンジ！
2日目は僕1人。
昨日の反省を活かし、1.5メートルずつに分けて貼ってみることに。
結果は…60点！
合わせ切りにはオルファのクロス用カッターを使用。
これがまた中々難しい！でも…
「やればやるほど上手くなるのでメチャクチャ楽しい‼️」
■ 次は壁だ！
明日は天井ではなく壁の作業なので、少しはマシかな？と予想しています。
また進展あれば投稿しますね！

4th Property Investment #11: My First Time Putting Up Wallpaper
Hello, this is Saifa, posting irregular updates for fun and learning.
This time I tried putting up wallpaper for the first time in my life! (I have experience with paint and spray guns.)
Result? Ceiling wallpaper is tough for a beginner. On the first day, a fellow landlord friend and I struggled with 2.7-meter-long wallpaper sheets falling due to their weight. It was a failure.
On day two, working alone, I changed the strategy and applied 1.5-meter sections. That worked better—I’d rate it 60 out of 100. Using an Olfa wallpaper cutter for seam trimming was tricky too!
But honestly—it was really fun. I could feel myself improving with every attempt.
Next up is the wall. Hopefully easier than the ceiling. I’ll share more updates soon!
