もう後戻りはできません。やるしかない❗️

という事で、思い切って壁をぶっ壊しました。

「資産形成」だけを目的とするなら、こういうDIYは正直おすすめできません。さっさとリフォーム業者に依頼して、早く客付けした方が効率的です(^^💦

でも、僕はDIYが好きなので、つい手を出してしまいます。

This time, the theme is “relocating the washing machine.” I started expanding the washroom to create a new washing machine space.

There’s no turning back now. I just have to go through with it!

To be honest, if you’re focused purely on wealth building, I don’t recommend doing this kind of DIY. It’s much more efficient to outsource the work and get tenants in quickly.

But since I enjoy DIY, I can’t help myself.
