5棟目リフォーム中、“コンニチワ〜Hello〜”と外で声がしたので出てみると、すらっとしたサングラスをかけた人物。僕は英会話が好きなので、早速雑談開始‼️

- 現実には → フランス語を半分趣味で教えてるベルギー人50歳の方、これは彼の物件(賃貸ではない)でありガレージ付き別荘みたいな使い方をしている。ガレージからは高級バイク（ドゥカティ）が出てきて、そのほかもあるらしい！
- 物件は5年前に購入したとの事。
- FIREしており、アセットは株と不動産。北九州にビルを持ってて賃貸出している。
- 株はトランプ相場で1800万損した〜との事。
英会話、株、不動産、バイクなど共通点がありすぎて話が弾み、彼の希望で僕の物件の内見会をしました 笑
最後に、僕の名刺を渡して”FIRE仲間で借りたい人がいたら連絡くださいね〜”と伝えました。
彼から言われた事で嬉しかった事は
“君は若いのに、自分で事業をしながら人生を謳歌しているね！日本人はほとんどサラリーマンなのに君はクレイジーだね！”
