給水は水漏れ無し(^^
色々あったけど75cm✖️80cmの部屋ができました✌️
あとは、クロスと見切り材入れて、床を仕上げたらば完了✅
これで、キッチンにあった洗濯機を洗面所に移設できます。
写真はビフォー、アフターを数枚載せてます
次はトイレの小便器とかを撤去したスペースに棚を作ろうと思います。
とりあえず、木材をいい感じに切って前回物件で余ってたアルミ複合板の端材でコツコツ作成予定です。棚は2段かな。

The water supply has no leaks(^^
After some work, a 75cm × 80cm space has been created✌️
All that’s left is to install the wallpaper, trim, and finish the floor✅
With this, the washing machine that was in the kitchen can now be relocated to the washroom.
I’ve included several before-and-after photos.
Next, I plan to build shelves in the space where the urinal in the toilet was removed.
For now, I’ll cut some wood and use leftover aluminum composite panel scraps from the previous property to gradually make the shelves. Probably 2 tiers.
I’ll share updates again when there’s progress(^^
